SUN COUNTRY CYCLE
12th Season of offering indoor cycling in Vernon! This series of structured workouts will include: warm up; drills to improve technique, posture and coordination; and main sets that target strength, power, or specific physiological systems to maintain or even improve bike fitness over the winter months. All levels of cyclists are welcome, sessions increase in difficulty throughout the season and individual modifications can be provided to decrease the intensity where needed.
