OPEN WATER CLINICS
For beginning and intermediate swimmers, these clinics will introduce and refine open water swimming skills and strategies. Before your next triathlon or open water swim event, practice sighting, drafting, turning buoys, starts and exits.
Swimmers should be able to complete 400m continuous swimming in the pool in under 12 min prior to joining in this open water group.
Brightly coloured swim cap, goggles, required. Wetsuit strongly recommended.
