SPRING LADIES RIDES
A social road ride for new cyclists, and those looking for a safe and supportive group environment. More experienced cyclists are invited to come and enjoy a recovery ride, meet new ride friends, and support those just starting out.
Rides are approx. 45-60 min in April/May, and 60-75 min in May/June. Average pace is 20-22 kph.
Road bike (curly bars and smooth tires) & helmet required. Tri bikes ok but stay off the aerobars in the group please. Rear light, gloves, glasses, road shoes & pedals strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
This is a social paced ride for beginning cyclists.
